RoofCallNow.com respects consumer communication preferences and provides this Do Not Sell / Do Not Contact Policy to explain how opt-out requests are handled across our marketplace.
RoofCallNow operates a marketplace that connects consumers with independent roofing contractors and service providers (“Service Providers”). This Policy applies to communications sent directly by RoofCallNow and explains how we process opt-out requests. RoofCallNow does not control or operate the independent businesses that may receive consumer inquiries through the platform.
You may opt out of receiving non-essential communications from RoofCallNow at any time by:
Once processed, RoofCallNow will stop sending non-essential marketing or promotional messages. Transactional or operational messages (such as confirmations, security notices, or compliance-related communications) may still be sent where permitted by law.
When you submit an inquiry on RoofCallNow, your information may be shared with one or more independent Service Providers who may contact you regarding your request. Service Providers:
Opting out of communications from RoofCallNow does not automatically opt you out of communications from Service Providers. To stop receiving communications from a Service Provider, you must contact that business directly.
In some cases, Service Providers may contact consumers based on an established business relationship (EBR) or other lawful basis permitted under applicable law. RoofCallNow does not determine or control how Service Providers rely on such relationships.
Opt-out requests submitted to RoofCallNow are generally processed within 15 business days. During processing, you may receive limited communications already in transit.
While RoofCallNow takes reasonable steps to honor opt-out requests:
